We operate out of the Equinix datacenters in Chicago. The Equinix facilities are completely neutral internet business exchange datacenters and are staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Equinix security was created by the designers of the federal reserve. Biometric hand geometry readers restrict access to compartmentalized areas of the datacenters for maximum security. Strategically located security cameras mounted throughout the datacenters are continuously monitored by on site security staff. Overhead cabling distribution system for fiber, copper, and ac power keeps everything separated and easily accessible. Redundant UPS systems condition all power. The datacenter is continuously kept at 68-72 degrees. HVAC, security, fire suppression, battery backup, and generators are all monitored 24 hours a day.
